Pub Food Menu We endeavour to source fresh/local ingredients for all our meals. Our meat is supplied by Tony Wood at Abbots Reading Farm just over a mile away. He provides the fillet, sirloin, braising and pie met from his Beef Shorthorn/Highland herd. Fresh vegetables and groceries are supplied by Melville Tysons at Broughton-in-Furness, their new deli is well worth a visit. Fish and game is supplied by Jamie at Lakeland Fish and Game and Stottie at Cartmel Valley Game. The wine selection ; Australian Shiraz and Semillon Chardonnay on tap, plus glass and half bottles Shiraz, Cab Sauv, Merlot, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauv Blanc.For our full bottle wine list see heading wine list !!
